Welcome Neighbors! The Summerset Place Homeowner's Association was created by the Protective Covenants for Summerset Place  which were filed with the Johnston County Register of Deeds on January 30th, 2006. This website was not endorsed by the Summerset HOA in anyway, shape or form.

Summerset Place is a sub-division in Johnston County, North Carolina. We are located off Steel Bridge Road, one mile north of Cleveland Road in Clayton, North Carolina.
